EGYPT: Hadari, Ibrahim Said, El Saka, Gomaa, Barakat, Abdel Wahab, Shawky, Ahmed Hassan, Ahmed Fathi, Mido and Amr Zaki

1st min. Great ball from the left wing by Mido but Zaki couldn'tt get there on time and the ball was cleared.

3rd min. Regragi and Abdel Wahab clashed heads together and gameplay paused for a few minutes for both players to receive treatment.

4th min. Cross for Mido from the left but the Egyptian striker was in offside position.

8th min. Corner kick for Morocco, the cross was delivered high into the box but Ibrahim Said headed the ball away.

9th min. Long ball to Mido behind the defense but he was in offside position.

11th min. Long ball to Mido, he headed the ball down but the goal keeper came out and cleared the danger.

13th min. Freekick in a dangerous position for Morocco after a foul by Ahmed Fathi. It was wasted though.

14th min. Safri made a harsh foul on Zaki, the referee didn't book him but he gave Egypt the freekick in midfield.

17th min. Freekick for Egypt, it was delivered high by Barakat and Zaki got the free header that he wasnted. However, he missed the ball completely and it went for a goalkick. A chance went begging for Egypt.

19th min. Mido gave the ball away to Safri who tried a shot from long range but it lacked both the power and placement and went for a goal kick.

20th min. Throw-in for Egypt, it was played short for Zaki who tried a cross from the right wing but he missed it for a goal kick.

22nd min. WHAT A MISS FROM FATHI! Ahmed Hassan sent a clever chip to him behind the Moroccan defense, Fathi was onside and face to face with the goalkeeper but hs finish was poor as he hit the ball just wide from a very close range!

27th min. Morocco won a corner kick from the left wing after a well oranised attack. However, the Egyptian defense cleared the danger.

29th min. Yaqoubi crossed from the right wing into Egypt's area but the ball was headed behind for a corner.

34th min. Pass to Zaki who was under pressure from three Moroccan defenders, he tried to shoot but his shot was blocked for a corner.

35th min. Short corner to Zaki, he played a one-wo with Abdel Wahab and dribbled into the area but the Moroccan goalkeeper dived at his feet and got the ball.

36th min. Hadji tried a surprising shot but El Hadary managed to get in there in time and saved the shot.

37th min. Another shot from Hadji but the defense blocked him this time.

38th min. Jarmouni headed the ball just over from the edge of the box.

39th min. Ahmed Hassan tried a shot from the edge of the box but the Moroccan goalkeeper parried it away.

44th min. Long ball into the Moroccan area, Mido tried to heaed the ball before the oncoming goalkeeper Jarmouni but the latter managed to get the ball before the Spurs striker.

End of the first half

46th min. Freekick for Morocco, El Karqouri tried to hit the target frm the freekick but El Hadari had no problems saving his shot.

48th min. Fathi out, Hassan Mostafa in.

49th min. Kharja managed to take the ball past twlo Egyptian players and fired a shot at goal but it went well wide.

51st min. Freekick for Morocco. El Karqouri tried a shot but El Hadari saved it confidently.

52nd min. Zaki stopped the ball unintentionally with his hand butthe referee showed him the yellow card.

54th min. Abdel Wahab clashed his head again and gameplay paused for a couple of minutes for him to receive treatment.

55th min. Abdel Wahab tried a shot but it went wide by a yard or so.

61st min. Yellow card for Yaqoubi after a foul on Shawky.

65th min. Abotreka in, Ahmed Hassan out.

66th min. Hadji almost scored for Morocco but El Hadari saved his header! A well placed header from the Moroccan after a corner kick fromt he right wing was turned away by Hadari for a corner.

68th min. Abotreka won a freekick in a very dangerous area for Egypt. El Saka almost scored but El Jarmouni turned his shot away for a corner.

70th min. Hadji out, Ali Boussaboun in.

73rd min. Chippo in, Regragui out.

75th min. Zaki got the ball in the left flank, he cut into the middle ad tried a shot at goal but it was turned away by Jarmouni for a corner.

77th min. Nice cross from Mido into the area but nobody was following and the ball was knocked behind for a corner.

78th min. Mido out, Emad Moteb in.

81st min. Great cross from Abdel Wahab by an acrobatic tackle from Naybet saved the day for Morocco.

82nd min. Zaki managed to keep the ball under control in the left side of Morocco's area, he then tried a shot from an impossible angle and the keeper parried it away.

83rd min. Abdel Wahab with another cross, Moteb couldn't head the ball home as it was blocked by defense.

84th min. Gomaa made a grea saving tackle to prevent Boussaboun from buring the ball home from close range.

87th min. Chippo squeezed a shot at goal but El Hadari had no problems saving it.

90th min. Abotreka advanced with the ball from the right flank, he sent a through pass to Moteb but the defense was closer to the ball.

90+1st min. Yellow card for Boussaboun for making a dive inside the box.

90+2nd min. Freekick in a dangerous position for Egypt after a foul. Abotreka couldn't hit the target from the freekick though.

90+3rd min. WHAT A MISS BY MOTEB RIGHT AT THE DEATH! Barakat sent a terrific through pass to the onside an unmarked Moteb hehind the defense, he controlled it well but his finish was rather poor.
