5th min. Freekick for Egypt after a harsh foul on Mido.

10th min. Corner kick for Egypt. Amr Zaki met the ball with his head but he sent it over.

11th min. Nice dribbling from Tarek El Sayed in the left wing, he crossed the ball into the box but the defense cleared the situation.

18th min. Corner kick for Egypt. It was played on the floor to Abo Treka who fired a low shot at goal but it came off a defender and went wide.

20th min. Tunisian defender Adel El Shazli was challenged by Hassan and had to send the ball back to his keeper, the ball almost went in but the goalkeeper managed to make a fingertip save and turned it away for a corner.

23rd min. Ahmed Fathy tried to find Mido in the area with a cross from the right wing but the ball was headed behind for a corner.

27th min. Early substitution for Egypt. Shawky out, Barakat in.

28th min. AMR ZAKI SCORED AND THE REF DENIED HIS GOAL! A cross from the right flank was laid to Amr Zaki with Mido's head, Zaki's shot was blocked by the keeper to hit Zaki's chest and go inside the net. The referee disallowed the goal because of a handball from Zaki.

34th min. Freekick in a good position for Tunisia. Gohar El Manari sent the ball just over.

38th min. Dangerous cross from Fathy into the area but nobody was following.

39th min. Freekick for Egypt. Hassan chipped it into the area, Wael Gomaa went for the header but he missed the ball completely and it went for a goal kick.

45th min. End of the first half

50th min. MIDO SCORED TO GIVE EGYPT THE LEAD! Egypt won a freekick in the left wing, El Sayed crossed the ball high into the area to find Zaki who laid it to Mido with his head and the latter placed the ball superbly into the far corner with his head. 1-0 now.

55th min. Good cross from Mido into the area but the ball was cleared for a throw-in before Zaki.

57th min. TUNISIA EQUALIZED! A fine cross from the right wingb was met by a powerful header from Guemamdia into the bottom corner.

59th min. THE GUESTS MADE IT 1-2! Too many substitutions cost the Egyptian team dear. A low pass into the area to find Hosni's teammate attrasbourg Haikal Guemamdia who buried the ball home into the far corner.

65th min. Zaki crossed the ball into the box to find Mido who laid it to Abo Treka, the latter fired a shot but it came off Mido and bounced back to Hassan and the Besiktas midfielder firedt it at goal to get blocked by Abo Treka's body and to go wide!!!

67th min. Dos Santos headed the ball over the bar after a cross from the right wing into Egypt's area.

70th min. Mido headed the ball over after a fine cross played to him from the right wing.

71st min. Adel Shazli tried a chip from inside the box but his attempt went centimeters over the bar.

73rd min. Abo Treka took the ball past his marker in the left side of the area, he cerossed the ball to the oncoming Barakat who headed the ball poorly over the crossbar.

77th min. Danger inside Egypt's area and El Hadarai made two saves.

81st min. Two RED cards for Tarek El Sayed and El Shazli.

82nd min. Mido got the ball inside the box, he dribbled past his marker and struck a shot from a tight angle which was denied by the bar!!

84th min. Hassan headed the ball to Mido in the box, the latter tried to hit the ball at goal on the volley but he was challenged by the goalkeeper and his shot went over.

90th min. Full time
