Second half:
47th min. Low pass into Egypt area, the USA forward struck
the ball low at goal but the Egyptian keeper Hamada Shaaban
did extremely well to save it.
50th min. REAL CHANCE FOR EGYPT! Shikabala got the ball at
the edge of the box and laid the ball superbly to Abdalla
Said who fired the ball low at goal. However, the keeper saved
the ball with his leg.
53rd min. Very good run from Ahmed Ghanem Soltan from the
right wing, he then crossed the ball in front of goal but
the American defense knocked the ball behind for a corner.
55th min. Danger from USA ended with a shot way over the
bar.
56th min. Freddy Adu made confusion in the Egyptian defense
as he tried a shot from narrow angle, the ball came off an
Egyptian defender and Jacob Peterson headed the ball home
to give USA the lead.

following.

behind the defense, but the referee whistled for offside.
