EGYPT: Nader, Beshir, Gomaa, Tarek El Sayed, Abd Raboh, Shawki, Barakat, Abo Treka, Ahmed Hassan, Amr Zaki and Abdel Halim Ali.

First half:

6th min. Freekick in a dangerous position for Egypt after a foul on Abo Treka. Abd Raboh crossed it into the far post, Hassan tried to bury it home but he missed the target.

8th min. ABDEL HALIM ALI MADE IT 1-0 FOR EGYPT! Egypt won a freekick in the left wing. It was crossed low in front of goal and Abdel Halim moved well and buried the ball in with one touch.

10th min. Amr Zaki moved well into the area and fell inside the box but the referee showed him a yellow card for falling theatrically inside the box.

12th min. Ahmed Hassan sent the ball on the floor to Abo Treka who controlled the ball well and fired a shot from outside the area but he missed the target.

15th min. Harsh foul on Shawky but Sudan's No. 7 Gebriel who was shown the yellow card.

19th min. Abd Raboh sent a through pass to the onside Abdel Halim Ali who tried to place the ball into the bottom corner but it went to where the goalkeeper was standing.

25th min. The ball was laid to Shawky by Abd Raboh but the Ahly midfielder sent it well wide.

27th min. Freekick in a dangerous position after a foul on Amr Zaki.

28th min. AMR ZAKI DOUBLED THE LEAD FOR EGYPT! The freekick was crossed low in front of goal to find Amr Zaki who buried the ball on the volley to give the Pharaohs a 2-0 lead.

31st min. ABDEL HALIM ALI MADE IT 3-0 FOR EGYPT! The ball was played low to Abo Treka in the left side of the area, he controlled it well and laid it to Abdel Halim Ali who fired it low into the back of the net.

35th min. Barakat made a good run into the area, he cut inside and crossed the ball low in front of goal but the keeper managed to get to it before Abdel Halim Ali.

41st min. Dangerous one-two between Faisal Agab and Alaa El Din Gabriel but Nader managed to block the ball.

42nd min. Abo Treka sent a through pass to Hassan who sent a shot from the edge of the box but he missed the target.

45+1 min. The Sudanese team continued to use the offside trap and the referee caught the Egyptian forwards twice in offside position.

45+2 Tarek El Sayed made a good run and managed to penetrate into the area but his low cross was collected by the keeper.

45+4 Wael Gomaa tried a shot from way out but it went well well wide.

End of the first half.

Second half:

46th min. Ahmed Hassan sent a chip pass into the area but the keeper rushed out and collected it before Ali.

47th min. GREAT SAVE BY NADER! A through pass was played to the onside Sudanese forward Tanbal who got in one on one situation with Nader but the latter made a miracle save and turned the ball away for a corner.

50th min. AMR ZAKI MADE IT 4-0 FOR EGYPT! Ahmed Hassan managed to steal the ball from a Sudanese defender and then he laid the ball to the unmarked Amr Zaki who buried the ball home beyond the oncoming keeper.

53rd min. Ahmed Hassan advanced with the ball from the left wing and got inside the box, he then laid the ball to Shawky who fired a bullet drive at goal but it missed the target.

55th min. Amr Zaki out, Ahmed Eid Abdel Malik in.

57th min. WHAT A MISS BY ABDEL HALIM! Ahmed Eid Abdel Malik controlled the ball superbly in the left wing and sent an accurate cross into the area, Ali went for the header but he couldn't find the net.

58th min. Ahmed Hassan shot the ball from almost an impossible angle and the ball went into the side netting.

60th min. Ahmed Hassan out, Mohamed Zidan in.

62nd min. TAREK EL SAYED SCORED THE 5TH FOR EGYPT! Abd Raboh made a good run with the ball in midfield and sent it low to Ahmed Eid Abdel Malik in the left side of the area, the latter sent it to El Sayed with a superb back heel, El Sayed sent the ball home from a narrow angle to made it 5-0.

64th min. The ball was played to Shawky inside the box, he had all the time in the world to send the ball home but his left footed shot missed the target.

65th min. Dangerous counter attacking move for Sudan but Nader managed to deal with the situation.

68th min. The referee whistled for a penalty kick for Sudan after a push on one of their forwards. However the referee's assistant had his flag up there for offside and the Penalty kick decision was cancelled.

70th min. Zidan sent a cross to Abdel Halim in the area but the latter couldn't bury the ball on the volley.

71st min. AHMED EID SCORED THE 6TH FOR EGYPT! Abd Raboh sent a through pass to Ahmed Eid who managed to round the keeper and score.

73rd min. Zidan gave the ball away in midfield which resulted in a dangerous counter attacking move for Sudan. The attack ended with a close shot which went over the bar.

76th min. Ahmed Yakini tried a shot from the edge of the area but it missed the target.

77th min. Hazem Emam in, Abdel Halim Ali out.

82nd min. HAYTHAM TANBAL SCORED THE FIRST FOR SUDAN! He got the ball inside the box, rounded Wael Gomaa and Nader and buried the ball into the top corner. 6-1 now.

84th min. SUDAN ALMOST SCORED ANOTHER ONE!! Haytham penetrated into the area and fired a low shot that came off the foot of the post and went luckily into the arms of Nader.

87th min. Through pass from Hazem to Eid but the referee's assistant raised his flag for offside. EID WAS CLEARLY ONSIDE THOUGH!

90th min. Zidan did well to pass a through ball to Barakat who sent it across the field to Ahmed Eid and the latter hit the side netting.

90+1 Wasted effort by Zidan! He got the ball behind the defense, he stopped and tried to round his marker but his shot went over.
