Sherif Ikrami's transfer to Feyenoord Rotterdam seems
less likely, after the side expressed clear interest
in another shot stopper.
Voetbal International, the top weekly
soccer magazine, says that Feyenoord are busy in signing
Mikarl Aerts. They state that he will be the 2nd goalkeeper
for the Dutch outfit, for the season 2005/2006. Aerts
will stay at RBC for a year, and then arrive at Feyenoord
after Patrick Lodewijks' retirement.
This has made almost all fans of the club forget the
name Sherif Ikrami, and any move is looking less likely,
especially after claims that Al-Ahly, his current team,
are requesting too much of Feyenoord.
