Following his unprofessional behaviour
in the National team camp, Zidan will be baanned from
representing Egypt for indinifite period as confirmed
by EFA boss, Samir Zaher.
Egyptian striker Zidan will be banned from representing
Egypt for indefinite period. The decision was taken
by EFA's chairman Samir Zaher following a report from
Hassan Shehata on the player which revealed Zidan's
unwillingness to help his country in the upcoming World
Cup qualifying matches.
Zidan joined the camp while suffering
from hernia but his condition wouldn't prevent him from
representing his country. However, the Egyptian wanted
to rest and decided to leave the national team camp.
Such unprofessional behaviour from Zidan will cost him representing
Egypt while he was one of Egypt's stars in the previous ACN.
However, this is not the first time that Zidan have problems
with Shehata as he refused to join the national team in ACN
2006 as well.
