Interview Mohamed Zidan: NOW!

Date: 26-5-2007
Wrote by: EP's editor Islam Issa

As a summer special, EP visitors can now ask Mohamed Zidan their questions!

In the past EP visitors have had the opportunity to ask players including Nader El-Sayed, Abdelsatar Sabry, Rami Shaaban, Ahmed Hossam 'Mido' and Ahmed Hassan. All of these interviews can be found on the players' respective pages.

Mohamed Zidan also had an interview with the fans, before he became an Egyptian international and during his spell in Denmark at FC Midtjylland. Much has changed since then, including his transfers to and in Germany, his selection for the Egypt team and the controversial saga which preceded this.

You can ask Mohamed Zidan any questions you want. Please, however, do not make them insulting, overly personal or inappropriate.

EP would also like you NOT TO ASK questions about which team Zidan will leave Mainz for. This WILL NOT BE RELEVANT by the time Zidan comes to answer the questions and will be answered in depth in EP interviews throughout the coming period.

EP would also recommend reading Zizou's first fan interview with EP visitors, a few years back. This will give you a feel of it all.

EP will try to ask Zidan as many questions as possible. Zizou himself says: "Let the fans ask all the questions they want and I will try to answer them all."

When will Zidan answer? "We will arrange a time when I'll try to answer them all. But I will be busy signing for a new club in the coming weeks, and then I will spend my holiday with my family in Egypt. I look forward to answering all the fans after that..."
