Reports in the Egyptian press have claimed that two
offers have been received for the 23 year old striker
through football management company "4 Steps"
worth £2 million.
The clubs have remained unnamed so far, yet during
the summer it was Manchester City and Blackburn Rovers
who were linked with Zaki.
Amr Zaki is believed to be keen on plying his trade
in England and will be pushing for a move to go through.
A move for Zaki could be completed in time for the January
transfer window.
Also in other news it is believed that Al-Ahly have given
Wael Gomaa the go ahead to fly to England straight after the
final of the African Champions League on Saturday, in order
to complete medical check ups. Gomaa has also received a call-up
to the national side for their friendly against South
Africa, incidentally in London on Wednesday.
