Speaking to EgyptianPlayers.com, Omar Rabiea Yassin, currently at Lierse and son of Rabiea Yassin, said: "My father has been made fully aware of the player through EgyptianPlayers.com."

EgyptianPlayers.com can now confirm that Raofat should be given a chance in the Egyptian youth team this summer.

At the same time, the midfielder signed a new contract at FC Nordsjaelland despite serious interest from a more established Danish club. His contract was set to expire this summer but he chose to renew.

Speaking to EP, Raofat's agent Bryan Yeubrey commented: "Rami chose to continue in Denmark for personal reasons but I am confident he will advance to a better league when he feels the time is right."

Rami, who turns 18 in August, is happy to continue in Denmark this year before looking at opportunities elsewhere.

"It's a very good club that does hard work to develop its own players," said Rami of FCN.

"So I am happy to be at the club," he added.
