  • Egyptian midfielder Hossam Ghaly revealed the interest of Blackburn in him. The Egyptian rejected a permanent deal from Derby County and returned to Tottenham, but he believes that playing for Spurs again is no longer an option.

Ghaly wants to stay in the Premiership and Blackburn could be a perfect move for him. However, reports also linked the Egyptian with a return to Feyenoord. In addition to this, Bundesliga club Hertha BSC also interested in the player.

In addition to Blackburn, Mido and Shawky's Boro could also offer to sign the Egyptian in order to replace Fabio Rochemback who returned to Sporting Lisbon at end of the current season.

It should be noted that the EURO cup could delay offers for Ghaly as most of European clubs will turn their interest to the European championship to sign new players.
