First choice goalkeeper Henk Timmer is injured, and so Sherif Ekramy will get a chance to show his abilities. Timmer played for Holland this week and suffered an injury, meaning the Egyptian will start the match.

Feyenoord suffered a heavy defeat to Ajax last week, and play a confident FC Twente. The opponents are having their best season to date, and stand in 4th with Feyenoord in 5th.

Sherif's club is 5 points behind their hosts and a win is needed to keep European hopes alive.

This is particularly the case after the governing bodies rejected Feyenoord's appeals to continue in this season's UEFA Cup. It is now confirmed that Hossam Ghaly and Mido's Tottenham Hotspur are through, with Feyenoord banned from the tie due to crowd troubles in previous games.
