Feyenoord's new keeper Sherif Ekramy is set to be
loaned out by Feyenoord in order for him to see action.
Sherif in action in the last Youth World Cup
Next year's goalkeeping choices have been boosted
with the arrival of Aerts, whom Feyenoord have just
attained the services of from RBC.
Meanwhile, the respected goalkeeper Lodewijks has recently
signed a contract for a further year at the Rotterdam-based
outfit.
To add to this, Babos is still in the squad, and so
the chances of Sherif Ekramy seeing action for Feyenoord
are slim.
Subsequently, as EgyptianPlayers.com stated in the past,
it is predicted that Sherif's most likely destination
will be Feyenoord's satellite team, Excelsior, of the
Dutch Second Division.
The club are also in Rotterdam, meaning that Sherif
will be able to join Feyenoord training regularly, while
the club can constantly keep an eye on him.
Feyenoord have hinted that Ekramy will be at Excelsoir,
but it is yet to be confirmed. Come to EgyptianPlayers.com
for the latest on the goalkeeper in the coming days.
