The first keeper remains Lodewijks, who just signed
a new contract that will most likely see him end his
career at Feyenoord. With just one year on his contract,
and at 39 years of age, he will probably move on soon.
Meanwhile, the current second choice goalkeeper, Aerts,
looks like he will be allowed to go. Reports suggest
that he will be on the transfer list shortly.
Babos, who was the first keeper but had too many flops,
is now on loan at NEC. Feyenoord have since confirmed
that he will be sold in the near future, and a number
of teams have already shown interest.

With this in mind it looks as though young Egyptian shot-stopper
Sherif Ekramy will be making his way up from third choice
to second choice, and following Loderwijks' expected retirement,
he may well be wearing the number one shirt.
