Beshir's Caykur Rizespor defeated Ramadan's poor Istanbulspor and got their first away win so far this season. The first half ended goalless but Caykur Rizespor got the reign with striker Okan in the second half.

Ahmed Salah Hosny also made his return to European football in this game, coming on right at the end for Rize!

First Half:

In the 13th minute Cem Baki hit the ball from the front line of the area but Oguz got the ball easily.

19 minutes in Faruk kicked a free-kick from way out, but he only saw the ball going inches wide of the left post.

In the 35th minute Istanbul's Cem Baki entered the area with the spectecular pass of Fahri and passed short right to Murat. Murat could not kick the ball towards the goal at first attempt but he managed to direct the ball to the goal in the second attempt, which was cleared by Oguz.

Just two minutes before the end of the first half, Ersin kicked the corner from the right and Okan headed the ball towards goal but the ball went for a corner again.

The first half ended goalless but Rizespor was surely the leading side in the game.

Second half:

In the 57th minute Yordanov entered the area from the left and quickly kicked the ball towards goal but Zdravkov got it easily.

In the minute 64 Koray kicked the free-kick into the area and Istanbulspor defenders could not clear the ball away. Okan found the ball in front and gave it short to Kursat who found the net with a direct shot: 0-1.

Just a minute after the visitors' goal, Faruk crossed the ball to Bushaj waiting at the far post. Bushaj headed the ball but it went out.

In the 73rd minute Oguz could not get the back pass of Faruk and Okan got the loose ball and scored an easy goal: 0-2.

Three minutes after the second goal, the new signing of Istanbulspor, Moses entered the area from the left and sent the ball wide, away from the goal.

Ten minutes before the final whistle, Okan lobbed the ball over Oguz who powerfully saved the ball for a corner.

In the last minute, Okan got the ball in front after Koray's spectacular pass and he only had to beat the goalie. Oguz brought Okan down and the official looked to his assistant who decided a penalty kick. Okan was the man to put the ball on the white spot. Okan scored his second goal in the game from the penalty kick: 0-3.

In the dying minutes Ahmed Salah Hosny came on to mark his return to European football, replacing Fahri.

Ramadan Ragab however did not come on during the game, contrary to El Tabei who played for the full 90 minutes.
