After three games without a win, Caykur Rizespor won their home game against Denizlispor.

After losing against Genclerbirligi without the Egyptian players Beshir and Hosny, in this game both players were on the pitch. Beshir played the whole game while Hosny played the last thirty minutes.

First half:

5th minute: A Rize attack with Unal. He passes the ball to Murat Sozkesen who is one-on-one with Denizlispor’s keeper, Souleymanou. Murat Sozkesen beats Souleymanou and gives Rizespor an early lead; 1-0.

20th minute: Timucin of Denizlispor finds Ersen Martin, who shoots the ball from outside the box, but his low shot goes wide.

29th minute: Rizespor almost double the lead. Murat Sozkesen goes into the box from the left. He goes past the goalkeeper and shoots, but his shot is cleared off the line by Guven.

36th minute: A corner kick for Denizlispor is taken by Alp. His cross is headed towards the goal by Ersen Martin, but the ball goes over the bar.

37th minute: With Zafer’s through pass Okan Ozturk is one-on-one with Souleymanou, but his shot goes just wide.

Caykur Rizespor were the better side in the first half. They created a few chances and didn’t give any chances away.
