Amir Azmy and Shikabala's PAOK faced Ahmed
Magdy's Panionios on Monday night and the game ended
in an away win for PAOK by a single goal.
The goal came in the 49th minute from
a well placed header by Dimitris Salpigidis after a
cross by Haralambous.
None of the Egyptians at PAOK participated
in the game. Amir Azmy missed the game because of his
long term knee injury and Shikabala was injured and
was dropped from selection for that reason.
On the other side, Ahmed Magdy was the only Egyptian to feature
in the game and he played the full match.
With this result, PAOK remained 7th in the table
but they share the same number of points with Larissa who
are currently 6th with 34 points.
