played a full match for PAOK against Panathinaikos but
the game ended in a 0-1 defeat for PAOK. The game took
place behind closed doors which made a negative effect
on PAOK players.

The game was generally competitive but
also boring due to the fact that it took place behind
closed doors after the violent behavior from PAOK fans
in the game versus Olympiakos.
Shikabala was once again in the starting
eleven and showed a slightly better performance than
his teammates. However, the Egyptian couldn't score
as he did in last week's game versus Panionios.
The Egyptian played as striker/left winger
and created the most dangerous chance for PAOK in the
game when he crossed the ball low from the left wing
to Mieciel who couldn't meet the ball on time and squandered
the real chance.
On the other side, Panathinaikos scored
their only goal in the 65th minute of the game when
a long ball was played to Papadopoulos in the penalty
area, the latter was guarded by two PAOK defenders but
he managed to jump high between them and powered a header
to beat the goalkeeper and make the score 0-1 for the
guests.
