It has been revealed that Amir Megahed has suffered a serious knee injury during his last Greek League game.

Bad knee injury for Amir!

Although the club is yet to confirm the news, it is reported that Amir will need surgery after the injury. As a result, he will be out of action for around 5 months.

This comes as a real blow for Megahed, who was one of the most successful Egyptians abroad last season. This will also cost him a place in the African Cup of Nations to which he was expecting a call-up.
