Amir Azmy Megahed will be the only
professional abroad to join the Egyptian NT in their
trip to Switzerland. However, Amir will participate
in one game only.

The Egyptian national team traveled to
Switzerland to participate in The First International
Arab Friendly Tournament in Geneva together with Qatar,
UAE and Kuwait.
The national team will play their 1st match against
Qatar on Friday 29-7-2005 8.30 pm while UAE will play
against Kuwait on the same day.
On Sunday 31st July, the winner from the 1st match will
face the winner from the 2nd in the final
and the losing teams will play for the 3rd place.
The coach of the National team Hassan Shehata didn't
call up any from the professionals in Europe except
PAOK's defender Amir Azmy Megahed who is currently in
Austria with his club.

Amir will not participate in the two matches but instead,
he will just play one and then head back to join PAOK in their
preseason preparations.
