Ibrahim Elsamni wrote: "I would like to thank
you [EgyptianPlayers.com] very much for caring about
Osama & Ali."
"I came to Japan by 1976 through my father who
was teaching Arabic in Tokyo university for about 25
years. In 1985 I got married to a Japanese girl and
I have three kids." The two boys are Osama and
Ali, who are both contracted with Japanese giants Tokyo
Verdy.
Ibrahim Elsamni played for the Railway Club (El-Sekkah
El-Hadeed), and was a successful player at a local and
national level.

Osama El Samni
Osama Elsamni, whom EgyptianPlayers.com revealed as
the shining Egyptian talent in Japan, has not played
regularly since joining the first team squad. His father
explained that Osama is developing well, but that a
number of factors are denying him a regular spot at
this moment. "Osama is not pure Japanese because
his father is foreigner, which makes him meet a lot
of discrimination in Japan," hinting that he would
love Egyptian national team selection.

Ibrahim Elsamni added: "The Japanese culture care about
the age very much and the priority should be for the elder,
not the younger, so most of the Japanese coaches follow the
culture. And the present coach of Verdy Tokyo is very new
and it is his first time as coach , so he doesn't have the
courage to use the youngsters just yet."

Osama is looking for a new club, adds his father, in Europe,
as well as Egypt.
"I talked with Al-Ahly in Egypt, and when Al-Ahly were
in Japan Osama went with his agent and met Mr. Adly Al-Qiiy
and captain Alaa Maihoob."

Ali El Samni
As far as the older brother is concerned, Ali, 22, is still
contracted with Tokyo Verdy. "After he graduated from
high school he decided to go to university to study also play
football, so Verdy Tokyo introduced him to a good university
which have a good football team, under the condition that
after he graduates he should go back again to Verdy Tokyo,"
said the father, in a sign that the club know his abilities
as they did not let go of him despite his will to study.
