After the move to Crystal Palace could not be completed, Ahmed Abou-Mosalem is training again with Strasbourg. However, his manager hinted that he would leave at the end of the season.

Strasbourg manager Jean-Marc Furlan welcomed the Egyptian back into the squad for the remainder of this campaign, but added that he is third-choice in his position.

"Things are clear," he said, about the order of left-backs.

"After Manuel Dos Santos, Quentin Othon is the only choice, because he is the future of the club. Abou-Mosalem is not," he added.
