Egyptian left back Ahmed Abo Mosallam recovered finally
from a long term injury that prevented him from featuring
in Strasbourg games. The Egyptian made his comeback
last weekend against Libourne St Seurin.
Ahmed Abo Mosallam finally returned to the starting
eleven of Strasbourg who faced Libourne St. Seurin last
weekend. The Egyptian helped his side win the game by
two goals to one. The match almost ended in a 1-1 draw
but the sending off of one of the guests players helped
Strasbourg score the winning goal just a few minutes
before the final whistle.
With this win, Strasbourg became 3rd in the table after
14 games. They are just one point behind the 2nd spot
and if they kept their form, they will likely achieve
promotion and play in the French division one once more.
Abo Mosallam wasn't part of the tam success since the start
of this season because of an injury that kept him away from
the green field for long time. However, it seems that the
Egyptian will play more often now after his recovery.
