RC Strasbourg chairman Egon Gindorf declared that the club tried every possible way to land Hosny Abd Rabboh, but Egyptian army won't let him go. He added that if things didn't change until Monday, the transfer deal will be cancelled.

Hosny will not wear Strasbourg's jersey next season!

It is now confirmed that Hosny Abd Rabboh will continue his career at Ismaily and won't complete his move to Strasbourg. The Club chairman also believes in that and would only wait till next Monday to cancel the transfer deal.

It should be noted that Hosny still have to spend a year and half in military service and so, he won't be able to leave the country before 2007.

The Egyptian international already told EP that the transfer deal will fail in a brief comment:

"The deal will fail because of the Military service problem as I have to stay till 2007 in Egypt".
