Hosni Abd-Rabo has been recalled by Strasbourg following their successful promotion.

Strasbourg, who with the help of Ahmed Abou-Mosallem were promoted back to Ligue 1, have told the Egyptian FA that they are keen on taking Hosni Abd-Rabo back.

Hosni was on loan at his former club Ismaily, before Al-Ahly joined the race to sign him permanently. However, Strasbourg have made the decision to keep him.

He will rejoin his team after the Egyptian Cup campaign and return to the European pitches.
